The following forms of payments are accpeted:
PayPal via Invoice
Personal/Business Checks will NOT be accepted unless otherwise stated during initial consultation.
In the event of a returned check, the client is responsible for a $75 return fee and will waive the right to pay via check.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your project, is required in order to secure a booking. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and is due BEFORE the start of any project. *** Only if project is over $200***
All projects whose total cost is less than $200 must be paid in full to secure a booking.
ALL INOVICES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE any design(s) are finalized or released. Including, but not limited to: printing, publishing of websites, release of design without watermarking, or providing high quality files.
Both parties understand that the Client or Danger Art + Design may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by Danger Art + Design. Should Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon estimate plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, Danger Art + Design retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.
