What are your hours?


My hours are 11 am - 6 pm Monday through Thursday and 11 am - 4 pm Friday. I am always on the go & working in order to keep clients happy. With that being said, please allow up to 72 hours for a response. All emails and inquiries sent after hours will be responded to the following business day. Any correspondence sent on Friday after 4 pm or over the weekend will be responded to the following Monday after 11am.




What is your turnaround time?


Turn around times will remain the same unless otherwise stated at the booking of your project! All graphic jobs are provided with an ETA by which you can expect your items. Here's a turnaround time guide: - 7-10 business days for Graphics - 4 - 6 weeks for custom Websites **Turnaround time does not include revisions. Revison requests are in addition to your intital timeline. Please keep this in mind if you have a desired finish date.




Can I rush my order?


If booking permits, YES! You will be responsible for a rush fee:

  • $50 for jobs needed in 72 hours
  • $75 for jobs needed in 48 hours
  • $100 for jobs needed in 24 hours




Can I get a refund?


Due to the nature of our sevices, no refunds will be provided after your project has been started. All designs come with 3 complimentary revisions. This allows us to work together to create the design you've envisioned! If further revisions are needed a fee will apply.




What if I don't like something? Can we change it?


Of course we can! This is why 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are allowed for every project.
